Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment .
Handling fees are incluided in the shipping costs.
Returns
If you think the product is not what you expected you will have a voucher with an expiration date of three months. To do this you must contact us within 7 days from receipt of shipment, ship the product prepaid and properly packaged to the address we agree.
To accept a return the product and packaging must be in perfect condition with all original content.
Changes
- Defective merchandise
If the goods arrive faulty the customer must contact us within 7 days to fix the problem.
- Changes
If the change is due to an error by the customer (a mistake when ordering) it shall bear the cost of shipping.
If the change was due to a drop wardrobe error, the client would receive the goods ordered at no extra cost.
To accept a return the product and packaging must be in perfect condition with all original content. It should also be included in the shipment a copy of the invoice.
Difference wardrobe does not return the money. The customer will receive a voucher to spend at the store over a period of three months.
